Back in March 2013 Stampin’ Up! created a monthly subscription kit called Paper Pumpkin and other kits came to be a regular thing in June 2021. At first I wasn’t so sure about Paper Pumpkin, but in the last few years I have to say I’m really enjoy seeing the monthly kits’ designs/themes! The other kits are great too and you can get them anytime… as long as they’re in stock.
Paper Pumpkin includes everything you need for a creative escape and it’s sent right to your door! This includes an exclusive stamp set, a Stampin’ Spot (small inkpad), all the supplies you need to make that month’s kit and instructions for each project. Plus when you first sign up for the monthly kit you’ll get an acrylic block to use with your stamps. And sometimes there’s even a little something extra in there… an additional stamp set, etc.
Usually Paper Pumpkin projects are cards, but every once in a while you’ll get to create some treat containers or something else. And Stampin’ Up! also sends an email every month with some alternative project ideas. It’s nice to mix it up every once in a while. You can also purchase pre-paid subscriptions of 1, 3, 6 or even 12 months, which makes gift giving for the crafters in your life (including yourself) super easy and it saves you money! Plus you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.

As for Stampin’ Up!s other kits, they’re similar to Paper Pumpkin in that you get everything you need to put the kit together. But there’s a lot more options! You can choose kits that have stamping or ones that don’t. There’s always a nice variety of designs and themes, so it’s almost a guarantee you’ll find something you’d love to craft. And every month new kits are being added!
Stampin’ Up!s Paper Pumpkin and other kits are great for people who are new to stamping. And I love to use kits when I know I want to get my craft on, but I’m not sure what I want to craft. And if you add just a little bit of extra cardstock you can get even more out of your kit!
