If you’ve checked out some of my other posts, you’ll have seen some of the cards I’ve received from previous card swaps which have had a specific theme and set of rules to follow. In knowing that I would be attending OnStage to celebrate their 30th anniversary in Orlando I thought it would be a great opportunity to do some swapping with demonstrators outside of my own team, but decided not to join an organized swap since I wasn’t sure how many I was going to be able to get done. This is a sneak peek at what I received. I love that I was able to get so many different cards in return and I even received a few 3D swaps! I also loved the opportunity to meet demonstrators from almost every country that Stampin’ Up! is in!
Make sure to check out my Facebook page as I’ll be posting some pictures once I get these sorted and I’m looking to go live on Friday afternoon and share a bunch of my swaps as well!
I wasn’t able to get a picture of this week’s project to post here, but you can see it very clearly in this week’s project sheet. This week’s project, as you may have guessed features the Lovely as a Tree stamp set, the Softly Falling embossing folder, Tranquil Tide Velvet ribbon and involves some heat embossing. It is such a gorgeous card!

Even though I’ve know this day was coming and even got a jump start on my swaps for OnStage, I was still working on them up until last night. Thankfully they’re done and I can’t wait to see what I get in return!
The first swap uses a phrase from the Christmas Pines stamp set, the Pretty Pines thinlit dies, copper trim, the Festive Farmhouse DSP and the rhinestone basic jewels. My second swap features the Follow Your Dreams bundle, gold glimmer paper and the Tranquil Tide artisan pearls.
Make sure to pop over to my Facebook page to catch the sneak peeks from OnStage!! I can’t wait to share this with all of you!
Here is the project that I created for the 5th week of my 12 weeks of Christmas. This wine tag will add an extra little something special to all of those bottles that you will be taking on your holiday visits. It uses both the Christmas Pines and First Frost stamps sets along with the Pretty Pines Thinlit Dies, Copper Trim and the Gold Mini Sequin Trim.

Week 5 – Christmas Frost Wine Tag
Here’s this week’s project sheet. It’s great for all the upcoming dinners and parties over the holidays!
My mother, who turned 75 earlier this month, requested a card in a box for her birthday. This was something I had seen before and thought was really cool. I hadn’t yet created one, so this was a fun challenge for me. Of course when my daughter saw what my mother had asked for she wanted one too! This is the card in a box that I created for my daughter’s birthday this past weekend. It uses a combination of current and retired products; Myths & Magic bundle (retired), the the Broadway Birthday Bundle, some retired Designer Series Paper and Bermuda Bay cardstock.
This weekend marked my daughter’s 9th birthday and this year she wanted a mythical creature themed party. So I went back in time to use the Myths & Magic stamp set. With this retired stamp set and some of the current products and tools everything turned out magical!
The first picture has the invitations that were sent out (the one on the left my daughter created special for her little brother) and in front is the birthday card I created for her. The other two pictures are of the cupcake toppers and the loot bags. For the cupcake toppers I used the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies, Stampin’ Blends and Gold Sequin Mini Trim. With the loot bags I used the Gift Bag Punch Board, Stitched Shape Framelit Dies, Stampin’ Blends and Gold Metallic Thread.
Everyone had a great time at the party. Stay tuned for the card in a box that I’ll be posting in a couple of days! In the meantime make sure to add your name to my email list as the project for my 12 Weeks of Christmas will be coming out later this week and those on my email list receive the list of supplies and step by step instructions sent right to their inbox.
I can’t believe that there is only 8 more weeks until Christmas! Here’s this week’s project for the 4th week of Christmas featuring the Stylish Christmas stamp set.

I love this simple card from the Holiday Card Swap I participated in! It’s from Laura Seki and features the Poinsettia & Alpine Sports thinlit die sets and the Buffalo Check stamp. It just makes me feel like bundling up after some good tobogganing!
