I was out at a local Dollarama just yesterday and saw the store had cleared space in order to make room for Christmas/Holiday products. While I do enjoy the Holidays I’m not quite ready to take the plunge just yet. I think that’s while I decided to use stamp sets from the Annual Catalogue for this project.
For this project I decided to use the Crafting Forever and Beauty Abounds cling stamp sets. For the colours I wanted to use something bold and so I chose Bermuda Bay for my card base and really liked how the Mint Macaron looked with it so picked that for the coordinating colour. I also used Mint Macaron ink on the Mint Macaron cardstock to create my own Designer Series Paper and cut the Very Vanilla cardstock smaller than usual so that you could see the images better.
The paint splatters were stamped with Bermuda Bay and the phrase in Mint Macaron; both of these came from the Beauty Abounds cling stamp set. To finish it off I popped up the phrase using Stampin’ Dimensionals and some Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins.
