We love the movie the Sound of Music in my house! My munchkins will sometimes just randomly start singing some of the songs. So with one week left before the new catalogues launch, I thought this would be a good time to share a few more of my favourite things. These products are still available as I type this. But that might not last long. Once these products are sold out, or after January 3rd, you won’t be able to get them anymore!
First up are the Adorning Designs Decorative Masks. I’m really starting to get into using masks for my projects thanks to the new Blending Brushes. So of course this is on my list. It’s also on my list because other than the snowflakes, the other designs can be used for lots of other projects. You can also use Embossing Paste with the masks. Just make sure to wash them right away if you’re using the Shimmering Embossing Paste.
Next on my list is the Strong of Heart cling stamp set. This stamp set was on my wishlist, but somehow never made it into my cart. I love this stamp set for Valentine’s Day (which is just around the corner), Mother’s Day, weddings and more. It’s also the Make A Difference stamp set for this catalogue, which means that Stampin’ Up! will make a donation for every set purchased. For this stamp set a $4 donation will be made to heart health.
One of my favourite papers from this catalogue is the Cork Specialty Paper. This is one that I wasn’t so sure about at first, but then I got a couple of card swaps with it and fell in love. You get 2 12 x 12 sheets and it totally feels like actual cork! The cork will work great for any masculine card. Father’s Day, birthday, retirement cards, you name it.
And last but definitely not least are the Wonderful Gems! These came back this year and I was so happy they did. If you’ve been following me for a little while you know I like my bling. And these have gold/glitter flecks in them. As with all my favourite things these are very versatile and will work beyond the holidays.
